FOUNDER’S PREVIOUS PROJECT EXPERIENCE
CASE 01 - Parkes SAP Fibre Network
Regional Connectivity Infrastructure Supernovae Hub supported the successful delivery of a high-speed fibre network in the Parkes Special Activation Precinct (SAP) by leveraging Utilities aerial fibres, enabling secure connectivity of up to 10 Gbps for key regional industries. The project enhanced digital infrastructure for logistics, agriculture, and manufacturing sectors and aligned with the NSW Government’s regional economic developing the business case, leading project vision. Our role included implementation, stakeholders including Essential Energy and local councils. Delivered on time and within and coordinating budget, capability in large-scale telecommunications infrastructure and stakeholder engagement.
CASE 02 - AUSTRALIAN FIRST COMMERCIAL LONGHAUL SPECTRUM SERVICE
In 2025, a revolutionised fibre connectivity called Spectrum Service was launched with 400Gbps+ speeds between Sydney and Melbourne via OPGW (Optical Ground Wire) aerial fibre and DWDM technology enabling the end customer to deploy their own preferred brand of transponders between the customer's end locations without the need of installing its own optical amplifiers alone the fibre path. This allows large transmission bandwidth connecting selected data centres as Data Centres Interconnect (DCI) while optimising costs through strategic vendor and customer partnerships. The project was delivered on time and under budget, achieving reduction in latency and setting new industry benchmarks for scalable fibre solutions.

My name is Andrew Ng, a trusted advisor within the IT&T and Renewable Energy industry, I am an experienced thought leader with strong working knowledge in product strategy, go-to-market strategy, process improvement through Lean methodology (Green belt) and quality customer centric solution. I bring over 20 years of commercial & operational experience in the telecommunications industry and six years of expertise in renewable energy connections. My background encompasses product management and business development in fixed and wireless network infrastructure, energy systems, and digital transformation.
